What I do

As a Shadow Alchemist, I weave together ancient wisdom and modern psychology to guide people through the hidden dimensions of their being. I help individuals, leaders, and seekers confront the unconscious patterns, ancestral imprints, and soul programs that keep them bound.

My work is multidimensional—part therapy, part ritual, part initiation. I blend trauma-informed care, spiritual science, guided meditation, and energetic healing into a cohesive journey of liberation.

At the core, I help people see what they cannot see, heal what they thought was unhealable, and become who they were always meant to be.

In this 90 minute immersive workshop, as a high priestess and former therapist, I will guide you through a mystical voyage. You will follow along as I take you step-by-step through her approach from her book The Advanced Shadow Work Method©. Deep diving into intention setting, building your lens of perception, grounding and coping skills, boundaries and communication, building awareness, and self talk. I will also guide you on a sacred meditation "Meeting Your Shadow Part in Another Realm" teaching tangible skills that illuminate your path.
